I dont think she has Italian heritage as far as we know. “Reficco” sounds Italian but it does not exist in Italy as surname. Most “Refico” (more common spelling) on familysearch.org trace back to Portugal.
I’d change to a “Spanish, possibly other”.
“Viqueira” sounds also Portuguese
Maia’s paternal grandfather is Antonio Miguel Reficco (the son of Edgardo Luis Reficco and Maria Domenica Potente). Edgardo was born in Argentina. Edgardo was the son of Michele Reficco and Josefina, who were from Italy. Maria Domenica was born in Italy.
So she is not of Indigenous descent and/or not Mestizo?
You would think so yet she does not look at all like her parents, who are also quite well-off as usual for “Latinos” in showbiz.
