Jelena Dokic is a professional tennis player, coach, and columnist.
Jelena was born in Osijek, SR Croatia, SFR Yugoslavia, the daughter of Ljiljana (Podnar) and Damir Dokić, a tennis coach. Her father is Serbian and her mother is Croatian. Her family moved to Sombor, Serbia, and later to Australia, in 1994, settling in Fairfield, Sydney.
Jelena represented Serbia and Montenegro at the height of her career. She later returned home to play under the Australian flag.
She was great eye candy on the court. Her father was a crazy man though.
