He is also known as Jake Austin.

Albanian is actually not a Latin-based language. It is actually a revised and merged form of the two main dialects, Gheg and Tosk.

Latinos are not a racial group, but a culture that is originally an all white culture (the OGs are Spaniards, Portugese, Italians, French and Romanian people). America distorted the meaning of Latino. And even if his PR side has distant NA ancestry, he is still white. You are racially what you are the most. Distant ancestry doesnt count.
