Hallie Todd is an American actress, producer, and writer. She is known for her role as Lizzie’s mother Jo on the series Lizzie McGuire.

Hallie is the daughter of writer and producer George Eckstein and actress and comedian Ann Morgan Guilbert. She is married to actor, director, producer, and writer Glenn Withrow, with whom she has a daughter. Her sister, Nora Eckstein, was also an actress, and talent agent and coach.

Hallie’s paternal grandfather was George V. Eckstein (the son of Sigmund Eckstein and Helen Klein). George was born in New York, to Austrian Jewish parents.

Hallie’s paternal grandmother was named Ruth Wexler. Ruth was born in Pennsylvania.
