George Nolfi is an American screenwriter, producer, and director. He has directed the films The Adjustment Bureau, Birth of the Dragon, and The Banker, all but the middle of which he wrote or co-wrote; and has also written or co-written the films Timeline, Ocean’s Twelve, The Sentinel (2006), The Bourne Ultimatum, and Spectral.

George’s paternal grandfather was George Joseph Nolfi, Sr. (the son of Giovanni “John” Nolfi and Bambina Mignati/Marchonda/Marichionda). George’s grandfather George was born in Massachusetts, to Italian parents. Through his Nolfi line, he is likely related to screenwriter and actor Michael Bacall.
