Dinand Woesthoff is a Dutch musician. He is the lead singer of the pop rock band Kane. He is the son of Cornelia Woutrina “Corry” Linders and Frank Woesthoff.

Dinand is married to British entrepreneur Lucy Hopkins. He was previously married to actress and singer Barbara Augustine “Guusje” Nederhorst, until her death. He has a son with Guusje, and three children with Lucy.

Dinand’s paternal line can be traced back to his seventh great-grandfather, Gerrit Gerard Woesthoff.

Dinand’s paternal grandfather was Pedro Ferdinand Woesthoff (the son of Carel Ferdinand Woesthoff and Cornelia Petronella Gersen). Pedro was born in Ngawi, East Java, Dutch East Indies (now Indonesia). Carel was the son of Petro Ferdinand Woesthoff, whose own parents were Dutch, and of Carolina Barbara Knebel, who was Dutch, from Amsterdam, and was of part German descent. Dinand’s great-grandmother Cornelia was of part Indonesian descent, was the daughter of Gerrit Jan Gersen.

Dinand’s paternal grandmother was Ellen Pesch (the daughter of Gustaaf Adolf Frederik Pesch and Adèle Mathilde de Joode). Ellen was born in Bandung, West Java, Dutch East Indies (now Indonesia).

Dinand’s maternal grandfather was Adrianus “Adri” Linders (the son of Petrus Johannes “Piet” Linders and Elisabeth “Liesbeth” Huijps). Adrianus was born in Woensdrecht, North Brabant. Piet was the son of Petrus Johannes “Jan” Linders and Johanna Jellema. Elisabeth was the daughter of Johannes Huijps and Johanna Catharina van der Poel.

Dinand’s maternal grandmother was Dientje Dingena Aanen (the daughter of Eimert Aanen and Cornelia Wouterina Roubos). Dientje was born in Gorinchem, South Holland. Dientje was the daughter of Cornelis Aanen and Jacomijntje Vogel. Dinand’s great-grandmother Cornelia was the daughter of Teunis Pieter Roubos and Maria Bastiana Hakkers.

Dinand’s maternal line can be traced back to his eighth great-grandmother, Aeltjen Bleijenburg/Bleijenbergh, of Rees, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany
