Devon Terrell is an American-Australian actor. He played Barack Obama in the film Barry (2016), and has also appeared in the films Ophelia, The Professor (2018), and It’s What’s Inside, and on the shows Cursed (2020), Rap Sh!t, and Totally Completely Fine.

He was born in Long Beach, to an African-American father and an Anglo-Indian mother. When he was five, his family moved to Perth, Western Australia, and he grew up in Thornlie, in the Forest Lakes estate.

Devon’s maternal grandfather’s surname was Saxby.
