Ayla is the daughter of Jayne (Dilbeck) and David Kell.

Ayla’s paternal grandfather was William Robb Kell (the son of Ralph C. Kell and Blanche S. Spore). Ralph was the son of Landon Kell and Mana Watkins. Blanche was the daughter of William Oscar Spore and Nora Robb.

Ayla’s paternal grandmother was Judith Cavicchia (the daughter of Dominic Angelo Cavicchia and Marion D. Holgate). Dominic was the son of Italian parents, Giovanni “John” Cavicchia and Giuditta “Judith” Pinelli, who were from Roccamandolfi, province of Isernia, Molise region. Marion was the daughter of Claude Elmo Holgate and Christina L. Bertsch/Bersch, who was German.

Ayla’s maternal grandfather was Walter J. Dilbeck, Jr. (the son of Walter James Dilbeck, Sr. and Kathryn Esther Gray). Ayla’s great-grandfather Walter was the son of William Abraham Dilbeck and Margaret Elisabeth “Maggie” Stiehl, whose own parents were German. Kathryn was the daughter of Patrick Henry Gray and Julia Katherine Chamberlain.

Ayla’s maternal grandmother was Dorothy L. Rogers (the daughter of Walter H. Rogers and Elwood). Walter was the son of Edward Rogers and Minnie B.
