Andy Fischer-Price is an American musician and actor. He is known for his role in Wendy Wu: Homecoming Warrior.

His father was Scott Fischer, a renowned mountaineer, who died on Mount Everest in the multi-casualty disaster in 1996.

Andy’s paternal grandfather is Eugene E. “Gene” Fischer (the son of Edward Herman Fischer and Helen Deiters). Edward was the son of Leonard Fischer, who was a German emigrant, from Münchberg, Bavaria; and of Ida Bertha Ehlert, whose parents were also German. Helen was the daughter of Herman Harm Deiters, whose father, and maternal grandparents, were German emigrants, from Lower Saxony; and of Gerritje “Gertie” De Weerd, who was the daughter of Dutch emigrants, from Gelderland.

Andy’s paternal grandmother was Shirley Sue Gyebnar (the daughter of John Gyebnar and Susanna Olah). Shirley was born in Muskegon, Michigan, to Hungarian parents. John was born in Gyomaendrőd, Békés, the son of János Gyebnár and Mária Buza/Bacza. Susanna was born in Szentpéteri Tanya, the daughter of Jozsef “Joseph” Olah and Borbála “Barbara” Gódo.

Andy’s maternal grandfather was James Melford Price (the son of Carl Robert Johnson Price and Hazel Mae Halderson). James was born in Brice Prairie, Wisconsin. Carl was the son of James Price, an English emigrant, from Herefordshire, and of Alma Justina, who was Swedish. Hazel was the daughter of John Melvin Halderson, whose parents were Norwegian, from Oppland, and of Josephine Holseth, whose father, and maternal grandparents, were Norwegian, from Ringsaker, Hedmark.

Andy’s maternal grandmother was Ethelyn Doreen Lee (the daughter of Bernt Nickli Lee and Aurelia Mellissa Bratberg). Ethelyn was born in Holmen, Wisconsin. Bernt was the son of Lars Larson Lee, a Norwegian immigrant, and of Aslaug Ida Turene Sveningson, the daughter of Norwegian emigrants, from Lårdal, Telemark. Aurelia was the daughter of Andrew Hans Bratberg, a Norwegian emigrant, from Ringsaker, Hedmark, and of Amelia Sandman, the daughter of German emigrants, from Hanover.
