Nick Antosca is an American film and television writer, producer, and novelist. He co-wrote the films The Forest (2016) and Antlers. He created the shows Channel Zero and A Friend of the Family, and co-created the shows The Act, Brand New Cherry Flavor, and Candy, all but Candy of which he also wrote for and showran. He was also a writer for the shows Teen Wolf, Believe (2014), and Hannibal.

He is married to writer and director Alexandra “Ali” Pechman.

Nick’s paternal grandfather was Joseph Nicholas Antosca (the son of Nicola Antosca and Concetta Grillo). Joseph was born in Pennsylvania. Nicola was born in Italy, the son of Giuseppe Antosca and Pasqualina Simone. Concetta was born in Pennsylvania, to Italian parents, Antonio “Anthony” Grillo and Caterina “Catharine” Benevoglio.

Nick’s maternal grandfather was Arthur James “Art” Schoenberger (the son of Joseph L. Schoenberger/Schoenenberger and Marie Dolores Quinlan). Arthur was born in Ohio. Joseph was born in Ohio, the son of Joseph A. Schoenenberger and Josephine C. Brookhall/Brockhoff. Marie was born in Ohio, the daughter of Patrick W. Quinlan, who was Irish, and of Anna Tierney.
