Lee Ann Womack is an American country music singer and songwriter.

She is the daughter of mother Blanche/Blanch, a schoolteacher, and father Aubrey Lee Womack, a high school principal. She is married to record producer Frank Liddell. She has a daughter, country music singer, songwriter, and musician Aubrie Sellers, with her former husband, country music artist Jason Sellers; and a daughter with Frank.

Lee Ann’s paternal grandfather was Algie Bertram Womack (the son of John Drury Womack and Cora Lee Williams). Algie was born in Texas. John was the son of Joseph B. Womack and Margaret C. “Maggie/Mattie” Sloan. Cora was the daughter of John Thomas Williams and Martha A. “Mattie” Hardin.
