Her father, José Ramón Sánchez Robles, is Spanish. Her mother, Pamela, is English. She has two children with her former partner Leyman Lahcine.

Paloma has said:

My Spanish grandmother… lives in Norfolk. She has a very strong Spanish accent, sings in a choir and is Catholic. She doesn’t have a close relationship with her son; he never introduced me to her. I got in touch as my mum encouraged me to connect with her. I never met my Spanish granddad.

Paloma’s paternal grandmother is named Lolita Sánchez Robles.

Paloma’s maternal grandfather was Edward Oakes-Ash (the son of William Edward Ash and Amelia Alethea May Oakes). William was the son of Edward Yeoman Ash and Esther/Estha Jane Beswick. Amelia was the daughter of Ernest Oates and Mary Ann Walker.

Paloma’s maternal grandmother was Faith Veronica Riches (whose mother’s surname is also Riches). Faith was born in Wayland, Norfolk.

    Blomfield does not in any way sound like a sephardic name. Sephardic names are Cabillo, Baruch, Atias, Levi… Certainly not Blomfield.
