I always thought Ne-yo looked Chinese or Asian by his eyes.. He said in a interview that he is Chinese & Black. He didn’t say he was also Puerto Rican. That’s misleading.. But i can tell he is got Chinese in him. Most everyone nowadays are mixed with something.

alot of african americans are mixed with different races…My great grandmother on my father side was irish and my great grandfather was half cherokee indian and black..my great grandmodther on my mother side was french and black and great grandfather black foot indian and a quarter black…when u look at me us see black…I embrace my other races but in reality i’m black..I don’t theink there is anything wrong with him embracing being chinese…if that’s a part of his culture…

And haitienne isn’t an ethnic group, they are just africans brought in from the slave trade mostly from Benin Republic descent.
