Wilmer Valderrama is an American actor, producer, singer, dancer, and television personality. He is known for his roles on television’s That ’70s Show, From Dusk till Dawn: The Series, Yo Momma, and NCIS, and in the films Beauty Shop, Fast Food Nation, and Unaccompanied Minors, among other works.
Wilmer was born in Miami, to a Colombian mother, Sobeida (Arias), and a Venezuelan father, Balbino Antonio Valderrama Angel, who owned a farm equipment rental company. He and his family moved to Venezuela, where he was raised from the ages of three to thirteen. He also spent time in Colombia. When he was fourteen, the family returned to the U.S. He could not speak English when he returned to the U.S.
Wilmer has a daughter with his fiancée Amanda Pacheco.

He’s mostly Spanish, with some Native.
Being that he’s also Venezuelan, you could throw some possible African ancestry in the mix(it’s most likely there)
@fuzzybear44 YES you are correct. I actually lived in Venezuela for awhile and MOST Venezuelans living there told me they were black African mixed and MOST you could not tell they were. They could easily pass for “meztizo’s” you know the typical white and Indian mix. I have traveled all over the world and I can tell phenotypes that other people cannot. Also there are just black Venezuelans too. I knew a Venezuelan guy who look like a typical Philipino and he showed me a picture of his grandfather and the grandfather looked like a Sudanese Dinka African jet black he was very BLACK but this guy had straight black hair and eyes looking like a Thai, Vietnamese, or Philipino but he was a mixes Venezuelan.

I don’t know… lots of southern europeans look just like him. Especially southern italians and spanish. If he were born in Spain, everyone would consider him white. That’s ironic, huh?
He has the same kind of look as Nicholas D’Agosto, from Masters of Sex, and he’s from italian ancestry. Or Penelope Cruz, and she’s considered white. So why not Wilmer?

I definitely see black/mixed in that photo, didn’t see it on that 70’s show, but he was kind of “made up” on that show for the role, if you know anything about Venezuela then you know there is a substantial mixed population.
