Tony Dow was an American actor. He starred as Wally Cleaver on the shows Leave It to Beaver and The New Leave It to Beaver.

Tony was the son of Muriel Virginia (Montrose), who performed stunts in westerns, and John Stevens Dow, Jr., a designer and contractor. His birth name is listed as “Toni” on his birth record. His father was born in Davenport, Scott, Iowa. His mother was born in Denver, Denver Co., Colorado. Tony was a junior Olympics diving champion.

Tony was married to Lauren Shulkind, until his death. He had one child with his former wife Carol Marlow.
