Jimmy Bennett, full name James Michael Bennett, is an American actor and musician. He is known for his roles in the films Hostage and The Amityville Horror (2005), and Shorts and Orphan (2009), among many others.

His stepfather is filmmaker Frank Pestarino. Bennett is his mother’s original name.

Jimmy’s maternal grandfather is James Donald Bennett (the son of Robert Bauer Bennett and Margaret Mary Stover). Jimmy’s grandfather James was born in California.
