Elyanna is a Palestinian-Chilean singer and songwriter. She has mixed Arabic music with Latin rhythms.

Elyanna was born and raised in Nazareth. Her mother is a poet. Her family is Christian. They moved to San Diego, California, when she was fifteen.

Elyanna’s paternal grandmother is a pianist from Chile. It is not clear if her ancestry is Chilean Hispanic, or also Palestinian; there are many Palestinians in Chile. Elyanna frequently visited Chile from a young age.

Elyanna’s maternal grandfather is a poet and singer, who used to perform zajal at Palestinian weddings.
