“My mom’s Puerto Rican and my dad’s from Peru, but he’s also Japanese.” I can’t find anywhere that says her dad got “spanish”. Her dad is Peruvian which opens more of the ethno flood gates indigenous and black via peru too not just puerto rico.

I think if her father’s surname was Alonso it would indicate that he was at least partly Spanish origin.

But you’re applying ethnicities on your own terms when it was never mentioned by the person in question. It’s like me saying African-Americans are partly English origin so I’m going list them as English because of their surnames. Us latinos don’t claim Spanish ethnicity unless it’s a close relation. neither of my grandparents are from spain or fully spanish ethnically so that’s why we are just mexican, peruvian, ect ect…

So it suppose to say Peruvian instead.

She’s really dark! she’s way darker than eva longoria who’s indigenous and eva mendes who’s got an afro grandma! Peru is Highly indigenous and also has a lot of black people, just fyi. Then again puerto rico’s got a good % of black and taino so it could be via there.

Yeah Peru does have a large Japanese population. I can see the part Japanese in her too.

really? I really can’t tell cause it looks the same as the indigenous mixture, maybe because they’re both from the same race mongoloid. Looking at her I would have just said indigenous: taino or quechua easily japanese never crossed my mind though.
