Rahim Redcar, also known as Christine and the Queens, Chris, and Redcar, is a French singer, songwriter, and dancer. He is a transgender man. His full name is Rahim Claude Redcar.
He is the son of Martine Moreau, a teacher of French and Latin, and Georges Letissier, a professor of English litterature, who specializes in the Victorian era.
Rahim’s maternal grandfather was Jacques Henri Auguste Moreau (the son of Henri Auguste Moreau and Yvonne Julienne Marie Lezeau), Jacques was born in La-Roche-Sur-Yon, Vendée, Pays de la Loire. Henri was the son of Eugène Auguste Moreau and Elise Marie Barreau. Yvonne was the daughter of Alphonse Lezeau and Valentine Pineau.
