Brenda Song is an American actress, singer, producer, and model. She has appeared in the films Leave it to Beaver, College Road Trip, Secret Obsession, The Ultimate Christmas Present, and The Social Network.

Her father is a Hmong who emigrated to the U.S. from Laos. Her mother is Thai, and was adopted by Hmong parents. Brenda has two children with her partner, actor, musician, and podcaster Macaulay Culkin.

Her father’s family name was originally Xiong, but was changed to Song after her father moved to the U.S. Brenda is fluent in Hmong and stated in an interview that her father encouraged her and her brothers to speak Hmong at home to keep their culture.

      There is no middle name on her birth record. It’s possible she took one later on, if the name is real at all.

        Yes, that’s true actually. Just like Mariah Carey is usually given the middle name Angela. I never found a middle name on Mariah Carey’s birth record much less an Angela.
