Ann Druyan is an American documentary producer and director. She specializes in science communication.

She is the daughter of Pearl Adelaide and Harry Druyan, who co-owned a knitwear firm. Her father’s parents were Latvian Jews. Her mother was born in New York, to a Russian Jewish father and an Austrian Jewish mother. Ann was married to astronomer, scientist, astrophysicist, astrobiologist, science communicator, and professor Carl Sagan, until his death. She has two children, including author, television producer, filmmaker, and podcaster Sasha Sagan, with Carl.
