Yes I agree with you fuzzybear44. A lot of African Americans were light skinned slaves before coming to America. The Igbos and Fulani tribes are light skinned. Also Ms. Diallo Amudu Diallo’s mom is 100 percent West African and she looks like a light skinned Ethiopian.

Maybe extremely dark skin like Sudanese people are minority.But most African as well known for being dark skin.Like most people in Europe have light skin. why admits it is so bad ? In reality,it’s very different. Africans are diverse bla bla bla .But you can go in any African country,you can see most Africans are in dark Spectrum. And also they are proud of it. They don’t have inferiority complex because this.

Well, How many African Americans do you actually know, that run away from their African traits , as you put it? Secondly, while I don’t pretend to know all African Americans, nor will I say we all think the same.. I yet to meet many who do that.

Well many are proud of their dark skin, however going by the (World Health Organisation, 40% of African women bleach their skin now). Which I personally think is a real shame
