Ice-T is the son of Alice and Solomon Marrow. His parents were both black. Both of his mother’s parents were listed as black or mixed-race black on U.S. Censuses. His mother is sometimes said to have had Louisiana Creole ancestry. This does not appear to be accurate.
Ice-T is married to actress, dancer, and model Coco Austin. He has three children, including a daughter with Coco.
Ice-T’s paternal grandfather was Solomon Marrow (the son of Daniel Marrow and Tempie Hunt). Solomon was born in North Carolina. Daniel was the son of Aaron Marrow and Susan Daniel.
Ice-T’s paternal grandmother was named Ethel Schuyler. Ethel was born in New York.
Ice-T’s maternal grandfather was Charndiler Jordan Smith (the son of Leander A. Smith and Priscilla Coleman). Charndiler was born in Virginia. Leander was the son of William R. Smith and Betsy Humbles. Priscilla was the daughter of Susan Green.
Ice-T’s maternal grandmother was named Mary J. Hairston (the daughter of Parthenia Hairston). Mary was born in North Carolina. Parthenia was the daughter of Patrick Hairston and Frankey Hairston.
According to what I’m seeing online his mother was a Caucasian woman of Louisiana Creole background born in North Carolina but race has a history of being a little more fluid in Louisiana. I see no evidence that she lived as anything but White.
Both of her parents are listed as Mulatto or Black on Censuses. Link is below. What info are you referring to?

All of Ice-T’s mother’s traceable ancestors were from Virginia or North Carolina. I could not find any that were from Louisiana.
