Olivia Cooke is an English actress. She has starred in the films The Quiet Ones, The Signal (2014), Ouija, Me and Earl and the Dying Girl, The Limehouse Golem, Katie Says Goodbye, Thoroughbreds, Ready Player One, Life Itself (2018), Sound of Metal, Pixie, Little Fish, Naked Singularity, and Fireheart, and on television’s Bates Motel, Vanity Fair (2018), and House of the Dragon.

She is the daughter of Lindsay, a sales represenative, and John Cooke, a police officer.

Olivia’s maternal grandfather is Daniel Wild (the son of Reuben Wild and Annie Charlesworth). Daniel was born in Littleborough, Lancashire, England. Reuben was the son of Reuben/Reubin Wild and Elizabeth Hannah Hoyle. Annie was the daughter of John Arthur Charlesworth and Betsy Howarth.

Olivia’s maternal grandmother is named June Fish (whose parents’ surnames were Fish and Wood). June was born in Littleborough, Lancashire, England.

    She is actually the kind of english people with truly ancient roots in that country, she is super pre-Roman and pre-Saxon, and pre-Norman type english. She has that deep, original celtic look that is also quite common in Iberia and southern France.
