Lee Thompson Young was an American actor. He was known for starring as the title character on the Disney Channel series The Famous Jett Jackson, and for his roles in the films Friday Night Lights, Akeelah and the Bee, and The Hills Have Eyes 2 (2007), on the shows The Guardian, South Beach, Smallville, Scrubs, FlashForward, and Rizzoli & Isles, and in the made-for-tv movies Johnny Tsunami and Redemption: The Stan Tookie Williams Story.

He was the son of Velma (Love) and Tommy Young.
