Gianna Nannini is an Italian recording artist, singer, and songwriter.

Gianna is the daughter of Giovanna Cellesi and Danilo Nannini. Her brother is Formula One driver Alessandro Nannini. Gianna is from a family of entrepeneurs who own several historical pastry shops and cafés in Siena. Gianna has a daughter.

Gianna’s paternal grandfather was named Guido Nannini. Guido was born in Castagnoli in Chianti, near Gaiole, Siena, Tuscany, Italy, and is the founder of Nannini Group. He also served as President of the Siena football team for eighteen years.

Gianna’s paternal grandmother was named Cesira Bianchi.
