Tommaso Allan is an Italian rugby union player. He plays for Italy in the fly-half (No.10) position. He previously represented Scotland at the junior level.

Tommaso is the son of an Italian mother, Paola Berlato, and of a Scottish father, William Allan. Both his parents played rugby. His uncle, John Allan, is a Scottish rugby union player, who also played for South Africa, where Tommaso spent part of his formation.

Tommaso is fluent in Italian and English.
