Ricardo Lewandowski is a Brazilian judge. He has been Justice of the Supreme Federal Court, since 16 March, 2006, and President of the Supreme Federal Court, from 10 September, 2014 to 12 September, 2016.

His father, Wacław Marian Lewandowski, was a Polish emigrant, from Sosnowiec. His mother, Karolina Zofia Brusa, was a Swiss-German emigrant, from Lauerz, Canton of Schwyz. He is married to Yara de Abreu.
