Jeane Dixon was an American psychic and astrologer. She wrote a syndicated newspaper column, other publications, and an autobiography.

She was the daughter of Luise Johanne Emma (Graefe) and Richard Franz “Frank” Pinckert. Her parents were from Gräfenhainichen, Wittenberg, Saxony-Anhalt. Her brother was professional football player Erny Pinckert. She was partly raised in Missouri and California. Jeane was married to car dealer and real estate businessperson James “Jimmy” Dixon, an English immigrant, until his death.

Jeane’s paternal grandfather was named Franz Pinckert.

Jeane’s paternal grandmother was surnamed Fredericke.

Jeane’s maternal grandfather was named Theodor Graofe.

Jeane’s maternal grandmother was named Emma.
