correction: unless his parents were native haitian people living in the USA for several generation then his ethnicity is listed wrong, haitian is not an ethnicity unless it were indigenous and judging by his appearance he looks like he’d have obvious african ancestry and likely some european. his birth name is not jason derulo it’s Jason Joel Desrouleaux and desrouleaux is a french surname. and not that it’s that important but i wouldn’t say he’s best known for his single watcha say that was just his debut. this entry is poorly listed

Obviously the person who posted this doesn’t even know a thing about Jason. I’m not even a fan of his but I checked his IMDb profile a while ago (and obviously checked again now) and he is not from “Miramar, Florida” he is from MIAMI, FLORIDA and his last name is NOT derulo, it is PRONOUNCED derulo but his real last name is Desrouleaux. Meaning he’s got French ancestry (too, I don’t know about the Haitian-American thing) I hope someone fixed this cause it’s wrong.
