Emma Huntington is an American singer and songwriter. She is behind project/band Little Moon, which won the Tiny Desk Contest in 2023.

She is married to Nathan Paul Hardyman, who is also in the band.

Emma’s paternal grandfather was Roy Leon Huntington (the son of George Augustus Huntington and Elizabeth Ross). Roy was born in Midway, Utah, to a family of mostly English descent, as well as some Scottish, Dutch, and Native American (Narragansett and Wampanoag). He also descended from John Alden, a colonist from the Mayflower.

Emma’s paternal grandmother was Grace Letitia Rondot (the daughter of Earl Eugene Rondot and Letitia Davis). Grace was born in Los Angeles, California. Her father was half French-Canadian, with the other half being composed of German (including Swiss) and English heritage. Her mother was born to Welsh parents, from Glamorgan and Pembrokeshire, respectively.

Emma’s maternal grandfather was Guido Luis Peñaranda Peña (the son of Nestor Peñaranda Duran and Angela de la Peña). Guido was born in La Paz, Bolivia.

Emma’s maternal grandmother was Tula Isabel Tamayo Calderon (the daughter of Mariano Tamayo Villanueva and María Angélica Calderón Delgado). Tula was born in Arequipa, Peru. She was of Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and French descent.
