Dion Cools is a Malaysian professional footballer. A centre-back and full-back, he plays for Thai League 1 club Buriram United, and vice-captains the Malaysia national team. He previously played with OH Leuven, Club Brugge, Midtjylland, Zulte Waregem, and Jablonec, and the Belgian national team.

His father, Hans Cools, is Belgian. His mother, Xylina Chai, is Malaysian, of Chinese background, from Kuching, Sarawak. He was named after professional footballers Johan Cruyff and Dion Dublin. Dion is married to Melissa Schelfhout, with whom he has a son.
