Michael Kelly is an American actor. He is known for his roles on television’s House of Cards, Jack Ryan, and The Comey Rule, and in the films Dawn of the Dead, Invincible, Changeling, Law Abiding Citizen, Defendor, Fair Game, The Adjustment Bureau, Chronicle, Now You See Me, Man of Steel, Everest, Secret in Their Eyes, and Viral.

Michael is the son of Maureen and Michael Kelly. He was raised in Lawrenceville, Georgia. He is married to Karyn, with whom he has two children.

Michael’s paternal grandfather was named Edward Kelly. Edward was born in Derry, County Londonderry, Northern Ireland.

Michael’s paternal grandmother was Rose C. Gallagher (the daughter of Patrick F. Gallagher and Rose McFadden). Michael’s grandmother Rose was born in County Donegal, Ireland. Patrick was the son of Denis Gallagher and Bridget McFadden. Michael’s great-grandmother Rose was the daughter of Edward McFadden and Maria Boyce.

Michael’s maternal grandfather was Maurice DePolo (the son of Francesco Tullio Giuseppe “Frank” DePolo and Clementina/Clementine Corte/Cortu). Maurice was born in Connecticut, to parents from Pieve di Cadore, province of Belluno, Veneto, Italy. Francesco was the son of Alessandro DePolo and Antonia Baldovin.

Michael’s maternal grandmother was Philomena Theresa Romano (the daughter of Michele “Michael” Romano and Maria “Mary” Gambale). Philomena was born in Pennsylvania, to Italian parents.
