If Kimora’s last name is Lee Perkins, she’s Korean and Japanese. No Japanese name is Lee, while both Chinese and Koreans have the last name “Lee.” Other Asians may spell it Le or Li, but Japanese names do not include “Lee.”

Everyone is mixed – this is no such thing as “pure race”. For example, Koreans are mixed peoples of Mongolia and other Altaics. Africans are mixed of other groups as well. All of our racial makeups are constituted of continual admixture – one day, everyone will be beige.

In france, when a mixed black/white person get huge success, the person is automatically considered as “non-black”, and when this same person get scandalous, the person is considered as “black” only : it’s sooo unfair !!!
When Barack Obama won the elections, white french ppl were so annoyed and jealous that they kept on saying “Black ppl are so dumb, barack obama isn’t black anyways”
It’s true, but in france ppl like barack obama are described mostly by their non black side than they black side, which is (for me) the most obvious. And it’s the same for alicia keys when she won the grammy award and for halle berry when she won the academy award.
