Timana Tahu is an Australian professional rugby league and rugby union footballer. A wing, centre, and second-row in rugby league, he played with Newcastle Knights, Parramatta Eels, and Penrith Panthers, and was representative with NSW Country, New South Wales, Australia, New Zealand Māori, and Indigenous All Stars. A centre in rugby union, he played for NSW Waratahs and Denver Stampede, and was representative with the Australia national team.
His father is a Ngapui Māori from New Zealand. The Ngapui people are from the Matamata region of New Zealand. His mother is Aboriginal. As a child growing up in Australia, he learned about Māori culture from his father and Aboriginal culture from his mother.
Timana has three children with his partner Kasey.
