Jón Jónsson from Sleðbrjótssel, Iceland? 1/1024? Please…
There’s no genealogy for his mother’s side in the sources, so I don’t know where it’s coming from. When I google him, this page is the only thing that comes up. Even the familysearch-tree, which almost lists every made up ancestor, doesn’t include him; the closest thing I found (not saying the tree is correct) was a John Johnston (1734-1816), who was born in Northern Ireland.
Can’t we have a rule that these bizarre ancestors has to be backed up by a genealogy, or else they’re removed? Because this one just seems completely made up from nothing.
Why should an user invent an ancestor of any kind in a family tree? For which purpose?
As I told you Icelanders have some Gaelic ancestry.
I was looking for Mathew Lillard’s paternal side and came upon a family tree. Every single person on that tree was made up. Why would someone do that, I don’t know, but they did. You yourself pointed out Pamela Anderson’s made up ancestor a few days ago.
Yes, we know that you believe everything you ever read on the internet. That doesn’t make it reasonable. In this particular case, there’s not even a genealogy that leads back to the made-up ancestor. I somewhat get that you believe those without doubting (even if I don’t think you should). But that it’s sufficient to just namedrop an ancestor in a bio (this ethnicelebs page) to make it believable to you is surprising even to me.
Her mother’s ethnicity looks misleading, given that a whole 1/4 of her ancestry is non-Mexican. I’d suggest rephrasing it like either:
*French, English, Irish, remote German (paternal grandfather)
*African-American (paternal grandmother)
*3/4 Mexican (Spanish, distant Indigenous and African), with the rest English, Irish, Welsh, 1/16th Danish, 1/16th Norwegian, 1/512th Icelandic (mother)
Or:
African-American (paternal grandmother), 3/8th Mexican (Spanish, distant Indigenous and African), English, Irish, some Welsh, 1/16th French, 1/32 Danish, 1/32 Norwegian, remote German and Icelandic
Very unattractive girl. I don’t understand why she looks like that, her dad was decent looking when he was younger. I have no idea what her mom looks like so I can’t say. Maybe her mom is unattractive and inherited her looks.
Kristinia’s mother is 1/512 Icelandic, 1/16 Danish & 1/16 Norwegian.
Based on the compilation of church records, majority of Kristinia’s Mexican ancestry is Spanish with smaller amounts of indigenous Mexican and African.
