Ben Henderson is an American mixed martial artist. He was a UFC Lightweight Champion and WEC Lightweight Champion, won two titles in World Extreme Cagefighting, and competed in the Lightweight division for Bellator MMA. He is a black belt in Taekwondo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and is considered one of the greatest lightweight MMA fighters. He is nicknamed “Smooth” and “Bendo.”
Ben is married to Maria, with whom he has four children. He is a Christian.
