Trisha Paytas is an American media personality, YouTuber, and singer. She is known for her YouTube channel blndsundoll4mj, and for hosting the Frenemies podcast, with her brother-in-law Ethan Klein.

Her father is of Hungarian descent. Her mother is of seven eighths German, and one eighth English, ancestry. Her father’s family has been in the U.S. since the early 20th century, while her mother’s line has been in the U.S. since the mid to late 19th century.

Trisha is married to Israeli photographer Moses Hacmon. The couple has a daughter, Malibu Barbie Paytas-Hacmon.

Trisha’s paternal grandfather was Frank Michael Paytas (the son of George Paytas, born Pajtás György, and of Julia Roman, born Román Juliánna). Frank was born in Rocky River, Ohio, to emigrants from Beregsurány, Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg, Hungary. George was the son of Pajtás Pál and Sárga Terézia. Julia was the daughter of Román Pál and Oláh Juliánna.

Trisha’s paternal grandmother was Helen M. Horvath (the daughter of Joseph Horvath, born Horváth József, and of Anna Kish, born Kiss Anna). Helen was born in Cleveland, Ohio. Joseph was born in Hungary, the son of Horváth Zsigmond and Kozma Magdaléna. Anna was born in Vienna, Austria, to Hungarian parents, Kiss József and Kincses Mária.

Trisha’s maternal grandfather was Lawrence Richard “Larry” Kant (the son of George Henry Kant and Lillian Agnes Fuchs). Larry was born in Lafayette County, Wisconsin. George was born in Lafayette County, to Prussian German parents, from the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Gottfried Kant, who was born in Zaborsko, formely Sabes, and Johanne Louise Wilhelmine Howe, who was born in Kurcewo, formerly Krüssow. Trisha’s great-grandmother Lillian was born in Wayne, Wisconsin, the daughter of Albert Fuchs, who was born in Lüneburg, Lower Saxony, Germany, and of Ida Augusta Gutzmer, who was born in South Wayne, Wisconsin, to emigrants from Kurcewo.

Trisha’s maternal grandmother was Deloris June “Curly” Buss (the daughter of Lawrence Elmer Buss and Selma Helen Altenbern). Curly was born in Pearl City, Illinois. Lawrence was born in Lena, Illinois, the son of Charles Wesley Buss, whose parents were English, from County Sussex; and of Henrietta L. “Etta” Heidenreich, whose parents were German, from North Rhine-Westphalia. Trisha’s great-grandmother Selma was born in Erin, Illinois, the daughter of Henry Frederick Altenbern, whose parents were German emigrants, from North Rhine-Westphalia and Lower Saxony, respectively; and of Dorothea Theresa Rampenthal, who herself was born in Grossfurra, Thuringia, Geramny.

Trisha’s matrilineal line can be traced back to her third great-grandmother, Frederike Dorothea Straube. Frederike was born in Grossfurra.
