Travie is the son of Julie A. (Champion) and Homer Lee McCoy.
Travie’s paternal grandfather was Homer Lee McCoy.
Travie’s maternal grandparents were Sandra M. (Larsen) and Ronald J. Champion.
Where did you find his maternal grandparents’ names?
I based it on public records.

I looked up all people listed under “possible relatives” with the surname Champion on other public records, and determined using the birth date if they were most likely siblings or parents.

Although now that I think about it, Larsen might be a remarriage surname. I’m sure it is not common among Irish or Native Americans.
I’m sorry. Looking at the records again, Julie Champion is not Travie’s mother, given she is only 14 years older than him. She might be related, or perhaps married to one of Travie’s relatives.
He looks Puerto Rican to me.
