Peter’s maternal grandparents were Hungarian immigrants, and likely had ethnic German ancestry. Peter has a daughter, artist, actress, singer, producer, and competitive snowboarder Claire Cetera, with his wife Diane Nini; and a daughter with his partner Blythe Weber.
