Paul was the son of Cheryl Ann (Crabtree), a model, and Paul W. Walker III, a contractor and boxer who was a Golden Gloves champion. Among his siblings is actor Cody Walker. Paul was of mostly English ancestry, with a smaller amount of German roots, along with distant Scots-Irish/Northern Irish, Scottish, and Swiss-German. His family tree included (relatively) recent emigrants from England and Germany, as well as English roots from ancestors who had long lived in New England, and elsewhere in the U.S.
Paul had a daughter, actress and model Meadow Walker, with his former partner Rebecca Soteros.
Paul’s paternal grandfather was Paul William Walker II (the son of Paul William Walker and Harriett/Harriet June Willey). Paul’s grandfather Paul was born in Los Angeles, Los Angeles Co., California. He was a boxer, known as “Irish” Billie Walker, but it is not clear if he had any Irish ancestry. Paul’s great-grandfather Paul was born in Monroe, Green, Wisconsin, the son of English-born parents, George Walker and Anna/Anne/Ann Augusta Tilley, who was born in Clerkenwell, London. Paul’s great-grandmother Harriett was born in Springfield, Sangamon, Illinois, the daughter of Charles Leon Willey, whose family had deep roots in Massachusetts, and of Ella Pearl Clark. Ella’s mother’s maiden name was also Walker.
Paul’s paternal grandmother was June Vivian Oefinger (the daughter of Elmer John Oefinger and Betsey/Betsy Idell Spooner). June was born in Meriden, New Haven, Connecticut. Elmer was born in Greenfield, Franklin, Massachusetts, the son of Johannes “John” Oefinger, a German emigrant, from Trossingen, Württemberg, and of Louisa/Louise Ann/C. Stark, who was born in Deerfield, Massachusetts, to German immigrants, Ludwig Frederick “Lewis” Stark and Mary/Marie Rechert/Richert. Paul’s great-grandmother Betsey was born in Middletown, Middlesex, Connecticut, the daughter of William H. Spooner and Annie Woodruff Smith, who were from families long-resident in the United States, and of English descent.
Paul’s maternal grandfather was George Milton Crabtree (the son of Louis Franklin Crabtree and Nina Letha Price). George was born in St. Joseph, Buchanan, Missouri. Louis was born in Stillwater, Payne, Oklahoma, the son of George Ransom Crabtree and Dorcia/Dorothy/Doscia Griswald. Nina was the daughter of Clyde Delmar Price and Daisy Jane McGrew.
Paul’s maternal grandmother was Viola Annalee Smith (the daughter of Lester O. Smith and Hazel Clarinda Mitchell). Viola was born in Missouri. Lester was born in Elwood, Doniphan, Kansas, the son of George Wesley Smith and Frances Ellen Newman. Hazel was born in Colorado, the daughter of Henry S. Mitchell and Hattie Bell Hazelwood.

If you have English Irish German and Swiss ancestry your pretty much all german or should i say pretty much Anglo Saxon German Swiss and Celtic Gaelic your not naturally Celtic Germanic unless you have Englis Irish Scottish and Welsh ancestry if your English without a drop of Scottish and Welsh ancestry your pretty much pure Anglo Saxon ancestry having Irish German and Swiss ancestry is not going too make your Celtic Germanic since you have very litte Celtic blood your mostly Germanic if you have English Irish Scottish Welsh German and Swedish you have very litte English blood.
Nope new studies show the English are only 25% German and 45% French.
Let’s see a link for that. I’ve seen the PoBI study and it doesn’t say that at all.
Celtic and Germanic blood is a lot of tosh.

As if it wasn’t blatantly obvious because for one the English do not look much like their Germanic neighbours the Scandinavians and north Germans. More English people have more medium features and look like northern French people than they do Scandinavians. Britain has been invaded and conquered multiple times and one of them was by the French. The extreme number of latin and french words in England is testament to the French influence on them not just culturally but genetically.
Most of the French influence on English is from the Normans and you would need to take with a pinch of salt any genetic study published in the press as they tend to sensationalise as I’ve said previously. You remind me of someone from some other forums who likes to say how ugly the British are and how they don’t have anything to do with Germanics or Scandinavians. The Northern French have definitely made a contribution to the genetics of all the British Isles but there were also others as I’ve posted in my response to you regarding Brad Pitt. Commonsense really as they are island populations who would have been populated from the European continent.
@falisio and German are nationalities. The fact that English people share some of the same genes means nothing. The French and Germans are not one pure thing, they’re descended from various tribes of people with various haplogroups too. It’s as if you people can only give this type of bias towards people of English Ancestry. With this alone, I can not take people like you seriously.
The French component of the English population mostly occurred pre-Roman. There were common tribes either side of the English channel.
Yes – and the French came BEFORE the Romans!
And don’t forget the black element of English population!:

Halle Berrys mom is British that may be why Halle Berry looks more black
Handsome man.
It was the german ancestry in him he looked very german typical german facial features he could have easily passed for east english lots of people in east england look like him he doesn’t look irish he also had swiss and irish ancestry not a bad mix.
He’s got Irish eyes – sparkling blue. You don’t find that in England.
But he isnt irish
Then why did he say he was?
1. Lots of people claim ancestry which are either minimal or non existant
2. It clearly says hes English,German and Swiss German.
But he’s got Irish eyes!
I really think a lot of people don’t know their ancestry really well and just go on what their families say. A lot of people haven’t researched their ancestry to a great extent. I don’t think people are deliberately lying but just misinformed. Even the people that say they are part Native American really believe they are because this is what they have been told by their families.
What about his eyes are distinctly ‘Irish’?
They’ve got shamrocks and four leaf clovers in them. Gel is as insane as they come.
Another Brit/English decent, whoever has been casting in Hollywood for the last , I don’t know 60 years or so has not been very fair or inclusive of other races/ethnicities. I guess it’s changing going on the last few years of movies but Damn there are a lot of British running through Hollywood according to the family trees.
