Mike Yastrzemski is an American professional baseball player. He is an outfielder for the San Fransisco Giants of Major League Baseball (MLB). Mike is the grandson of Hall of Fame baseball player Carl Yastrzesmki.

Mike is the son of Anne and Mike Yastrzemski, who had also played professional baseball. He is married to Paige (Cahill) Yastrzemski.
