JOWST or Jowst is a Norwegian music producer and songwriter. He represented Norway, alongside singer Alexander Walmann, in the Eurovision Song Contest 2017.

He is the son of Sølvi Helen Anette Steen and Pål Richard With. He was raised partly in Steinkjer. He has a daughter with his partner Rita Rybakova.
