bablah, what do you think about the Hungarian parts? The Brown side has to be German, right (didn’t find them on a census that showed language)? Hallaus also sounds German.
What Wieskirchen is he from? If it’s actually Weisskirchen (today Bela Crkva, Serbia), then, yes, he’s most likely German. Probably originally Braun.
Julius Makar was born in Nagyszőlős (today Vynohradiv, Ukraine). But I couldn’t tell you what he was ethnically. Probably not Jewish since he had a Lutheran funeral service.
