Something about his eye shape that’s Spanish or Italian.
I always thought he was Danish & Greek. Where is the surname ‘Ackles’ from?
Denmark or Greece.
Okay, thanks.
The identically pronounced variant Eccles appears 12 times more often and nearly all of them live in England, Canada, the US and other English-speaking Commonwealth nations; about 40 % in England. So it’s a good guess that it’s an English name. (Ackles 1,300/Eccles 15,000 people worldwide)

Actually his eyes are very german. Same as Bryan Cranston, Bruce Willis, etc…
” to ethnic German parents from Russia”
???
Jew?
Are you some kind of neo nazi or something? You’ve been talking shit about Jews in many of your posts.
Volga Germans, genius.
Correction.
Jensen Ackles’ great-grandmother Adanelle was the either the daughter of Cora E Hamaker, descended from Johann Adam Hamacher who was German, or another Cora named with the surname Wolfe, which isn’t all that interesting. What is interesting however was Adanelle’s father Joseph F Porter’s mother, Mary Ann Freeman’s great-great-grandmother Tabitha Hoyter, was the daughter of Thomas Hoyter and Chowanoke Indian. Or another way to put it is, Jensen’s 8th great grandmother was a Chowanoke Indian.
Sorry, but how do you know that Joseph Franklin Porter was Adanelle’s father? Although it does seem likely from the census.
And how do you know who Mary Ann Freeman’s parents were?
This record says they were John Freeman and E.H.

I found the information in several very detailed family trees on Ancestry.com, which unfortunately I do not have access anymore. ::sigh:: I suppose when I regain access to the site I’ll present more detailed findings.
It’s not totally confirmed that Tabitha was the daughter of Chowanoke Thomas Hoyter, although it is possible.

So I guess it’s a maybe at best then.
