It would be nice if the feedback section was more of a two-way communication, so that we would know if something is being considered or has been rejected.
This should still happen. Why even have a feedback section if the moderators aren’t gonna improve the site?
Maybe it has been suggested before, but I would like to see a page with a list of celebrities who has considerable parts of their ancestry undiscovered or who has some kind of mystery to solve (like Ansel Elgort). It would give us something to work on if we want.
Additionally, as been asked for previously, a list of recently updated pages would also be nice, maybe on the opposite side of the comments.
May I suggest, as I’ve done before, to have a page with a list of all tags not related to ethnicity (like the heads of state or sexiest man alive)? If you want to look at the Miss Universe winners, for example, you now have to search for one of them and click on their tag. It would be a huge improvement.
Maybe the ethnicity-tags could have a page as well actually. But most importantly the other ones.
It’d be interesting to get some profiles done for the stars of the 70s/80s sci-fi show Buck Rogers in the 25th Century. Gil Gerard, Erin Gray, Pamela Hensley, etc.
I would like to suggest to import images of records that have location-based (Family History Centers only) and/or account-based (members/subscribers only) restrictions such as Familysearch.org, Findmypast.com, and Ancestry.com, from an image hosting site, and then upload them to this site. (Eric Fructuoso’s birth records for example)
not sure if that would violate copyright on those sites
