Why so mad?
Now that the fourth episode of Finding Your Roots has aired, Ta-Nehisi Coates, Ava DuVernay, and Janet Mock should be profiled. They actually showed their full genetic charts in this episode. They haven’t done that in a while.
Was the whole show just about African Americans this time?
Yes, the “theme” was African-Americans, but, of course, Janet Mock’s one quarter Hawaiian ancestry was also mentioned. Much as in, the Irish-American episode, Bill O’Reilly’s small amount of Colonial American ancestry, and Soledad O’Brien’s half Cuban ancestry, were also mentioned.
Okay just asking. The only one I knew was Ava Du Vernay ,I’ve never seen the other two . So when I google their image, I saw a bunch of black people
