Fix this up by saying “He was born in Turkey to Crimean Tartar parents, Anvar and Iraliye İlyasova . Crimean Tartars are the indigenous Turkic peoples of the Ukrainian peninsula of Crimea in the Black Sea, and are closely related to Turkish people.”

    Tag Crimean and Tartar

I wouldn’t use the word indigenous for people who have been there less than 1000 years. Arabs have been in Africa longer than that and are still not considered indigenous. And Crimean Tatar is a Kipchak Turkic language, while Turkish is Oghuz. The only reason they are genetically connected is because both are in a large part descended from Greeks who had colonies in both Crimea and Asia Minor before Turkic peoole arrived there.
