She does not look Southern French or Southern European or Mediterranean whatsoever, she looks mixed with something extra-European. Period.
French includes a lot of things. French from the North, the West, the East and the South are different. Originally they had different cultures and mixed through the centuries with their neighbors. Why couldn’t she be 100% European ? Because she is olive skinned ? A lot of Mediterranean women look like her, and they are still European. She probably has some Iberian and Italian.
She is also credited as “Julia Arem”. Arem is a Jewish surname.
Julia Arem is a different actress. There appears to be some confusion there.

Follers is right. Julia Arem is a different actress and that credit is a mistake. Julia Arem is the only actress with that name and she is a voice actress. Please note that all other credits for actress Julia Arem are for voice:

Also, Emmanuelle Frederique Vaugier is credited as that for that movie Stolen Child. If she ever was credited as Julia Arem, it was an error.
Julia has been acting since 2011 and since she was a child doing voiceovers. Two of the Instagrams belong to her. I don’t know if the real Julia Arem is Jewish or not.
Emmanuelle has never been credited as Julia Arem outside of that one error.

She’s always intrigued me. These are the kind of French women I like…those I think are mixed with a bit Persian or African descent.
A normal person would check the same site for meaning of Franco-Columbian and come upon this deffinition:
”Franco-Columbians (French: Franco-Colombiens) are French Canadians or French-speaking Canadians (Francophones) living in the Canadian province of British Columbia.”
