He is not latino, he was born in Europe, not latin américa, Giselle is latin because was born in Brasil, latin américa.
If he is latin because her mother, who speaks a language derived from latin, Monica Belluci, Marion Cotillard , Eva Green……for example and the rumanians are latin too.

Eva Green is not ‘Latin’ though, she’s half Germanic (Swedish) half Middle Eastern (Jewish), she was just born in France.
@lelo4 I think the poster was saying that anyone who speaks a Latin language regardless of their ethnicity would be Latino or Latina (i.e. Eva Green’s mother is a Sephardic Jew who speaks French) if we were to go by those guidelines.
I think for them a Latino is only someone who was born and raised in Latin America.
